MBACB Law is the consultancy of Miriam Bailey-Parkyns. She accepts referrals from law firms in corporate, commercial and civil matters, contentious and non-contentious, including document drafting.
Called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2011, she was admitted to the Roll in 2017 and is an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. She is commercially aware, having held senior executive roles in several industries, and has owned and run businesses of her own. Her published work is at News & Insights.
